The first step is recognizing that we are existing in a white privilege framework and that this framework holds power over us. this is about owning who you are and showing up as that person whether it be in personal relationships, the workplace or as a business owner. we will strip away the inner dialogues that make you feel ashamed of who you are by recognizing that they are fed to you by the white-biased society, where white is the norm and everything else is the deviation.
